The SPECIAL M51 bimetal band saw has a 15 degree sharpening angle and a combined set of teeth. The tooth surface is additionally ground. It is designed for cutting solid and thick-walled closed section workpieces made of carbon, tool alloyed and stainless steels, including titanium, nickel and hardened steels. Easily penetrates hard-to-machine materials.
