The rack is designed for compact storage of long products – bars, pipes, profiles, rounds, channels, etc.
The material is directly available to the operator within few seconds. In contrast to the use of classical cantilever racks, it allows processing “from above” with a crane beam or manually. So, the racks can be set up more compactly, as no forklift access is required.
Racks are assembled under your requirements for level depth, storage level height and pitch between levels. It can be adapted for storage of shafts, heavy tools, workpieces, parts, etc.
The rack can have consoles on one or both sides of the rack. One level can be pulled out at a time

It is used to install near the machine to feed the sheet to the machine table with grippers (vacuum, magnetic, eccentric ones, etc.) or manually. It significantly speeds up the work with a sheet.
The doors of the rack open to work with the shelf. Guiding frames and doors are docked, and the shelf is rolled out on rollers. The shelf extends up to 100 % of its depth.
If it is important to separate the forklift working area from the operator’s working area with the shelf rolled out, it is possible to load the stack with the forklift from behind.
The shelf simply slides out with a 100 % load (3000 kg). Comfortable shelf handles, latches are “at your fingertips” and easy to operate
The shelf doors are locked when the shelf is extended, the shelf has a lock in the retracted and extended positions
The rack is heavier than its analogues. All elements are bolted, minimum strength class 8.8. Both frame and shelves have a safety margin

It provides direct access to each article of material in contrast to rackless storage. And it provides greater capacity for the same storage area by elimination of the need for wooden pallets unlike the use of frontal racks.

The version with loading of the cassettes into the U-frame from the front or from the back of the rack is possible.
The rack can be supplemented with tab cassettes placing the cassettes in additional freestanding sections of STEK rack, including outdoors
