PRO ALL carbide band saw with the following main components in its composition: tungsten carbides, titanium and tantalum bonded with less refractory cobalt. The carbide has a hardness of 72…76 Rockwell hardness units and a thermal conductivity of 850…1000 gr. Celsius.
They are designed to cut high-alloy steels, non-ferrous metals, cobalt-based alloys, nickel, titanium, for hardened steels with hardness up to 62 HRC. The saw has a multi-section chipping system. The geometry of the sections consists of three teeth: a cutting tooth and grinding teeth, where the cutting tooth is positioned in front of the two grinding teeth.
